This blog will largely be a photo journal. It will be a Project 365 tribute that captures roughly 6 months of my life, one day and photo at a time, in the Honduran mountains in the small town of Copan Ruinas and roughly 6 months of my life after I return to the state of Virginia.
I have been living in Copan, teaching at a bilingual school, for a year and a half. Sometime in June, I will be returning to Virginia, for a summer mixed with vacation and finding work, followed by going back into the world of being a college student.
The first 6 months will be a time of awareness, as I say goodbye to the life I've built in Copan and the last 6 months will be a time when I am hyper-sensitive to the life I used to live and have chosen again.
January 1, 2011 - December 31, 2011. This is my year in transition, one day at a time.
